Latto & Ice Spice Turn Diss Tracks Into a Collab with “Gyatt” miixtapechiick

After going back and forth through snippets, subs, and X Spaces, Latto and Ice Spice are finally channeling their tension into music.

On Wednesday, September 3, both artists confirmed that the music video for their new collab “Gyatt” is dropping Thursday (Sept. 4).

The song arrives months after Latto took a shot at Ice Spice on her 2024 record “Sunday Service,” rapping: “Every time you book me with them h*es, it’s gon’ be big drama / 20 black Suburbans, I pull up like Sunday service / I just want a one-on-one, don’t know why she so nervous.”

Ice fired back shortly after with “Think U The Sh*t (Fart)” and didn’t shy away from confirming who it was about. “I dropped it because some people were being funny that day,” she said during a Twitter/X Space. “Like why am I in the background of your weak a** snippet?”

Fast forward to now — the two appear to have put the subs behind them and teamed up for “Gyatt.” But that doesn’t mean the track is all love.

Latto keeps the energy direct, rapping:
“I sh*t on hoes for sure, but I ain’t into the scat / I turn around and thick s**t has entered the chat… This h*e think I forgot, but b**h, you still on the plate.”

The line plays into Ice Spice’s “Fart” record and references their unresolved tension. Meanwhile, Ice Spice keeps it cool on her verse, only letting off a subtle line that may or may not be a shot:
“Big Spice, ain’t never worried about how another h*e move.”

Whether it’s beef squashed or just business is up to fans to decide. But one thing’s for sure — the “Gyatt” video is officially on the way.
