Adidas Unveils Hanon Sneakers Collaboration ‘Dark Storm’
Earlier this week, Adidas unveiled their new collaboration with the Aberdeen-based retailer, Hanon. Inspired by the icy cold climate of northeast Scotland, Aberdeen., the two brands came together to deliver a re-worked version of Adidas’ New York runners to serve as the silhouette to create a new interpretation and colourway to reference the ever-changing Scottish skies.
Titled Dark Storm, the sneakers are set to come with three sets of laces to match the shoe’s color scheme that alludes to the broken skies as dramatic rain clouds quickly sweeping in from across the Atlantic ocean. The sneakers are set to release December 2nd, in-store and online via Hanon.
You can expect a worldwide release of all Adidas retailers starting December 9th. The retail price for the sneakers is set at $150.
