Earlier this week, a clip released of Blac Chyna giving oral sex to an unknown man. Going viral on Twitter, Blac Chyna quickly denied the claims that she had released the clip herself. Today (Feb. 25th), the model’s attorney, Lisa Bloom, took to Twitter explaining that this is considered a ‘Revenge Porn’ case and that they would be going forward with filing a police report.

“Revenge porn—posting explicit images without the consent of everyone in those images—is a crime, a civil wrong, and a form of domestic abuse,” she tweeted. “It’s also a way to try to slut shame women for being sexual. Girls have killed themselves over revenge porn. It’s not a joke.”

According to TMZ, the man identified in the video is an up and coming rapper by the name of Mechie. Since the clip’s release, Mechie stated that the video was recorded on Blac Chyna’s phone and he did not have a copy. A second clip has since released of Blac Chyna having intercourse. Chyna’s lawyer Walter Mosley calls this case a “criminal matter.”

Lisa Bloom on Twitter: “Revenge porn is a crime, almost always designed to humiliate a woman. This morning Blac Chyna, my co-counsel Walter Mosley and I filed a police report about the sex tape of her that was posted this week without her consent. Thank you LAPD for your professionalism. / Twitter”
