Cardi B Replaces Alexa in Upcoming Amazon SuperBowl Ad
With the Superbowl underway this Sunday, February 4th, 2018, Amazon gives us an exclusive look at their brand new Alexa commercial featuring our favorite regular degular shmegular girl from the Bronx, Cardi B.
Starring Anthony Hopkins, actress Rebel Wilson, chef Gordon Ramsay and more, Cardi B auditions as an assistant to Alexa, Amazon’s cloud-based smart device, after she loses her voice. Throughout her audition, Cardi B shows her best self as one scene shows the rapper attempting to help a student with his homework.
“How far is Mars?” Cardi exclaims. “How am I supposed to know? I never been there! This guy wanna go to Mars! For what? [laughs] There’s not even oxygen there.”
