Cardi B turned herself to police this past Monday (Oct. 1), after being connected to a strip club altercation that took place over the summer.

Turning herself in at the Flushing precinct in Queens around 10 a.m., the “Bodak Yellow” rapper was charged with allegedly ordering an attack on two bartenders, Jade and Baddie Gi, who are sisters that work at Angels Strip Club in Queens on Aug. 29.

According to TMZ, Cardi B allegedly ordered the attack following her performance at the Gentleman’s Club, where Migos was also present. Cardi B reportedly believed that Jade had slept with her husband, Offset, and ordered her entourage to attack the two sisters with bottles, chairs, and a hookah device.

Jade and Baddie Gi walked away with minor injuries but refused medical treatment.

“Whether she’s a famous rapper or a common street hood, she’s got to be held accountable for her criminal actions,” said Joseph Tacopino, an attorney for the sisters. “It’s as simple as that: She ordered the beating after threatening my clients and later participated in an assault against them.”

Cardi B will not be arrested but is summoned to appear in court. She will be charged with reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. The rapper is scheduled to be arraigned on October 2nd.
