Desiigner Arrested For Drugs & Fire Arm Possession in NYC
It was an amazing night for Desiigner this past Wednesday as the “Panda” rapper performed alongside his G.O.O.D. Music family at the Highline Ballroom in New York City. However, all the celebration came to haul last night when Desiigner was arrested in NYC.
According to TMZ, the Brooklyn rapper was arrested following a road rage incident, where he pointed a gun at the driver of another car. Following the incident, the driver called 911 and police were able to track down the SUV that Desiigner and four passengers rode in, and that’s when they found “a large quantity of loose pills in the center console,” in addition to “oxycontin and other drugs.”
Desiigner and the four other individuals in the car were all charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of drugs with intent to sell. Desiigner was separately charged with felony criminal possession of a loaded weapon and menacing after allegedly pointing the gun at the driver.
All five men remain in police custody.
