Destiny Briona Releases Debut Project ‘Girls From Atlanta’
Destiny Briona has just released debut project, Girls From Atlanta.
The 8-track effort, highlighted by its title track, showcases Destiny’s raw talent and ability to captivate audiences with her soft soulful voice and heartfelt lyrics.
Throughout the album, Destiny opens up her heart and invites listeners into her personal journey of love, heartbreak, and self-discovery. The lone guest appearance from Texas native, Enchanting, adds a unique flavor to the project, creating a perfect blend of musical styles and regional influences.
In Girls From Atlanta, Destiny skillfully explores the intricacies of relationships and the emotions that come with them. From the pain of heartbreak to the complexities of situationships, she confronts the trials and tribulations of love, all the while embracing her own worth and refusing to settle for anything less than she deserves.
One of the standout themes in the album is Destiny’s unwavering commitment to staying true to herself and her roots. Hailing from Atlanta, a city with a rich musical heritage, she proudly represents her hometown and incorporates its essence into her artistry.
As Destiny continues to evolve as an artist, audiences can expect even greater things from this talented young star.
“it’s been a lot of ugly tears these past four years..,” she tells her followers in an Instagram caption. “i always get told that i would be further if i was consistent..feeling defeated with comparisons knowing that i have my own sound but it’s just sitting in the vault..feeling like the underdog but i just kept pushing. we even lost the original files to the project and had to re-record EVERYTHING. now i know that was God redirecting me to change some things around, to teach me patience, and bless me with new relationships/experiences.”

Odeal Drops New EP ‘The Fall That Saved Us’
Odeal returns with his latest project The Fall That Saved Us, the follow-up to July’s The Summer That Saved Me. Out now via OVMBR/LVRN Records, the nine-track EP marks a more introspective shift for the Afro-R&B artist.
Featuring collaborations with Wizkid and Elijah Fox, the project explores what happens after the summer fades — when movement slows and reflection begins. “This is what happens when the warmth fades and you’re forced to sit with the parts of yourself you avoided,” Odeal told Hypebeast.
Described as “honest, introspective, soulful,” the EP touches on themes of heartbreak, emotional growth, and seasonal change — both literal and personal. “Summers are selfish,” he said. “But when the smoke clears, we find safety where love is.”
Built around his evolving world of Lustropolis, Odeal encourages fans to listen top to bottom — no skips. “There are so many different topics coded in beautiful melodies. I want people to find what speaks to them.”
