Diddy Accused of Gang-Rape of 17 Year-Old in New Lawsuit
In a new lawsuit filed on Wednesday, Dec. 6, Diddy, Harve Pierre, the president of Bad Boy Entertainment, and a third unidentified man are accused of allegedly gang-raping a 17-year-old girl.
The woman, identified as Jane Doe, alleges that she was trafficked across state lines back in 2003 and had been given a “copious amounts of drugs and alcohol.” This marks the fourth accusation against Diddy, born Sean Combs, for rape, trafficking, and sexual assault. Former Bad Boy artist and ex-girlfriend, Cassie (Cassandra Ventura), previously accused Diddy of a distressing pattern of control and abuse, involving substance coercion, physical assault, and coercive sexual encounters.
The lawsuit states that witnessing two other women bravely speak out against Mr. Combs and Mr. Pierre gave Ms. Doe the confidence to share her story. The plaintiff is also represented by Cassie’s lawyer, Douglas Wigdor.
According to Jane Doe, she alleges that she was flown on a private jet from Detroit, Michigan to Combs’ recording studio in New York. She accuses Combs of raping her over a bathroom sink while she went in and out of consciousness. Combs is also accused of watching as a third man raped her.
Combs denied Doe’s allegations in a statement issued shortly after the lawsuit was made public. In an Instagram post, he stated, “Enough is enough. For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy. Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday. Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family, and for the truth.”
The filing includes multiple photos allegedly taken inside Daddy’s House Recording Studio that night, with Doe’s face blurred out, including one where she is seen sitting on Combs’ lap.
"Unlike many victims who have come forward after decades, Ms. Doe can prove that she not only met Mr. Combs on the night in question, but was in his studio, in New York City, with him on that night. Remember when viewing these, Ms. Doe was 17 years old." pic.twitter.com/PPjtkGEzGm
