Diddy’s Legal Team Recommends 14-Month Sentence Ahead of October Sentencing miixtapechiick

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ legal team has submitted their sentencing memorandum ahead of his October 3 hearing, recommending a sentence of 14 months. The defense argues that Combs has already served 13 months in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) in Brooklyn, one of the most notoriously harsh federal detention facilities in the country, and that an additional month would be sufficient.

The memorandum notes that during his time at MDC, Combs has remained sober for the first time in 25 years. His attorneys write that he has “been adequately punished by serving 13 months in the terrible conditions at the MDC,” and emphasize his ongoing participation in counseling and support programs while in custody. They describe the facility as severely overcrowded, citing extended lockdowns and prolonged isolation. According to the filing, Combs spent a cumulative 108 days locked in his cell for 24 hours a day due to institutional lockdowns. His attorneys say he was housed near inmates who threatened him and that he was placed in solitary confinement following a false positive drug test. They also allege that correctional officers at one point called him a “rapist” in front of other detainees.

Combs was found guilty on July 2 by a federal jury in Manhattan on two counts of transporting individuals for prostitution under the Mann Act. He was acquitted of sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy charges. Combs has no prior convictions. His legal team argues that this is a non-violent offense and emphasizes that the conviction stemmed from what they describe as consensual adult activity. They also point to his age, his lack of criminal history, and his compliance while in custody as reasons to consider a lighter sentence.

In the filing, Combs’ lawyers urge the court not to impose a sentence longer than the time he has already served, citing his “exceptional acceptance of responsibility” and “successful path to rehabilitation.” They request that Judge Arun Subramanian impose a sentence of time served plus one additional month. The government is expected to submit its own sentencing memorandum, in which it previously indicated plans to introduce additional evidence of drug use and violence during the sentencing phase. The court will make its final determination on October 3.

D. Woods Responds After Three Danity Kane Members Say June 20 LA Block Party Booking Was Made Without Their Consent miixtapechiick

D. Woods took to her Instagram Stories to address the controversy surrounding a June 20 Danity Kane appearance at the LA Block Party in Los Angeles, confirming she and Aundrea Fimbres plan to perform at the event. “5,4,3,2, & even 1 — there have been many versions and configurations of Danity Kane. But our fans have always been constant,” she wrote. “Drea & D. Woods thank you for ‘Holding Us Down’ and are looking forward to GOING UP at @lablockparty June 20th. Let’s start the summer off right and continue our 20th Anniversary with a celebration of the music we all love.”

As previously reported by miixtapechiick.com, Danity Kane’s official page issued a statement saying the booking was made by only two members without the knowledge or consent of Dawn Richard, Aubrey O’Day, or Shannon Bex. “This promotion constitutes false advertising and a misleading promotion, creating a false impression of full group participation,” the statement read. “Presenting a two-member lineup under the full Danity Kane name without clear and accurate disclosure results in deception of fans and a clear misrepresentation of what is being offered.”

The June 20 appearance is billed as part of the group’s 20th anniversary. Danity Kane’s Untold Chapter Tour, which ran from December 2025 through January 2026, also featured D. Woods and Fimbres alongside Aubrey O’Day, without Richard or Bex.

Dawn Richard, Aubrey O’Day, and Shannon Bex are calling out a flyer promoting Danity Kane at the LA Block Party at Pershing Square in Los Angeles on June 20, saying they were not informed about the appearance and will not be there.

A statement posted to Danity Kane’s official page confirmed that only two members independently booked the show without the others’ consent. “This promotion constitutes false advertising and a misleading promotion, creating a false impression of full group participation,” the statement read. “Presenting a two-member lineup under the full Danity Kane name without clear and accurate disclosure results in deception of fans and a clear misrepresentation of what is being offered.”

The flyer was posted by the danitykaneontour Instagram account, which wrote “Kicking off this summer with @lablockparty bringing yall back to 20 years ago!”

The situation comes amid an already divided chapter for the group. Danity Kane’s Untold Chapter Tour ran from December 9 through January 2026 and featured Aubrey O’Day, Aundrea Fimbres, and D. Woods, a lineup that did not include the full original group. Dawn Richard said she was not aware of the reunion, and Shannon Bex has been open about stepping away from music to focus on entrepreneurship. Woods, who had not performed with the group since her exit in 2008, addressed her return directly. “The Untold Chapter Starts Now. Ya Girl Is Back and rewriting OUR story,” she wrote.

Ice Spice and Woman Throw Hands at Hollywood McDonald's miixtapechiick

Ice Spice threw hands with a woman at a McDonald’s in Hollywood on Wednesday, April 15, and the whole thing was caught on camera.

In footage obtained by TMZ, Ice Spice was at the restaurant with a friend when a woman approached their table uninvited and tried to squeeze in next to them. When Ice Spice and her friend asked her to leave, the woman slapped her. A brief scuffle followed before the woman’s friend pulled her away.

It didn’t end there. A second clip filmed outside shows the woman throwing another punch at Ice Spice while the group was crossing the street, leading to another scuffle. Video also shows Ice Spice picking up a phone from the ground belonging to someone in the other group, which she allegedly smashed.

The woman, identified as Vayah, gave her own account, claiming Ice Spice was rude when she approached to show support and that she slapped her after being called a “bitch.”

Ice Spice’s attorney Bradford Cohen said the incident has been reported to the LAPD. “The unprovoked attack on my client has been reported to the LAPD and we will be pursuing any and all avenues to hold the perpetrators responsible for their actions, including criminally and civilly,” Cohen said. “We are also exploring holding the location responsible for their lack of appropriate security.”

As previously reported by miixtapechiick.com, Ice Spice is currently being sued by a New York wig maker over an unpaid $20,000 order for her 2024 Y2K tour.
