Drake & 21 Savage Sued Over Fake ‘Vogue’ Cover for ‘Her Loss’ Promo for $4 Million

Last week, Drake & 21 Savage began releasing a slew of promotional content for their debut joint collaboration album, “Her Loss.” The content included a fake Vogue cover, fake “Tiny Desk” concert, SNL performance and a Howard Stern interview.

While NPR found it amusing that the duo did a spoof “Tiny Desk,” Vogue Magazine did not feel the same. In fact, Condé Nast, which owns Vogue, is claiming that the company and its editor-in-chief Anna Wintour “have not endorsed [“Her Loss”] in any way” and have reportedly asked multiple times for all promos using the Vogue name to be taken down, according to TMZ. No action has been taken and they are now asking for all materials to be taken down immediately and want $4 million for damages.
