Dreamville Teams Up with DJ Drama To Release New Gangsta Grillz Mixtape ‘D-Day’
With J.Cole‘s Dreamville Festival just days away from taking place at the Dorothea Dix Park in Raleigh, North Carolina, Dreamville has just announced that they will be bringing in the festival with their surprise Gangsta Grillz mixtape, D-Day.
Hosted by none other than DJ Drama, the mixtape comes after the announcement of DJ Drama spearheading the first-ever performance of his Gangsta Grillz mixtape series featuring Lil Wayne, Jeezy and T.I on day 2 of Dreamville Fest.
The official trailer for D-Day features the Dreamville Records roster, with Ari Lennox, Bas, J.I.D, EarthGang, Cozz, Omen, and Lute with a voiceover by DJ Drama and a production drop from araabMUZIK. D-Day is scheduled to drop Thursday, March 31, at 7 PM.
D-Day will serve as a follow-up to Dreamville’s 2019-compilation, Revenge of the Dreamers III.
