Ella Mai Unveils Cover Art and Gives Release Date for Her Debut Album
Campaigning her lead single “Trip,” Ella Mai decided it was time to give fans details on her debut album.
The 10 Summers songstress took to Twitter that her self-titled debut album will be dropping October 12, 2018. Now available for pre-order on iTunes, the project will serve as a follow-up to her 2017 EP, Ready.
Ready is the last EP of Mai’s three-part trilogy: Time, Change, and Ready. Ready featured Mai’s 3x platinum hit “Boo’d Up,” which stayed no.1 on the Billboard’s R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay chart for 14 weeks. Mai hit a milestone as the record became the longest record to stay no.1 on Billboard charts by a woman in this decade.
