Almost a week since Pusha T has dropped, “The Story of Adidon,” many fans have wondered whether or not Drake would respond. However, the CEO of Rap-A-Lot Records James “J.” Prince is declaring that the beef is over.

Some may be familiar with J. Prince’s son, Jas Prince, who reportedly was the one to discover Drake on Myspace and introduce him to Lil Wayne. In an interview with DTLR Radio on Saturday, J. Prince spoke on the beef between the Toronto native and Pusha T stating that what Pusha said was disrespectful and that he made an ‘OG call’ to Drake, advising him not to respond to the diss track.

“I spoke with Drake,” Prince said. “I made an OG call to Drake this morning, telling him, ‘I don’t want you to respond to this. We’re going to put this to bed.'” He added, “We’re going to put this to bed because we can’t get into the pigpen with pigs. Because pigs turn into hogs and hogs get slaughtered.”

“That’s not [Drake’s] character,” Prince continued. “We didn’t work this hard to cheat ourselves over nothing. So that’s the way that is.”
