Earlier this week, Jhené Aiko and Big Sean have taken legal steps to protect themselves from an overzealous fan who appears to be relentless in attempting to establish contact with the singer.

As per court documents obtained by TMZ, Jhené Aiko initiated the process of obtaining a temporary restraining order against a 29-year-old individual named Ian Craig Lees on Monday (August 21). Allegedly, Lees has repeatedly appeared at her concerts and even intruded into her residence located in Pacific Palisades. The singer asserts that this individual managed to breach the security measures of their gated community and gained unauthorized access to the home she shares with Big Sean, their son, and her daughter.

Jhené Aiko’s intention is to secure a temporary restraining order that prohibits the individual from approaching within 100 yards of herself, Big Sean, or her children. However, at present, the request for the temporary restraining order has been denied by a judge. Instead, a court hearing has been scheduled for September 14 to delve further into this matter and assess the situation more comprehensively.
