Jim Jones Inks Deal with Roc Nation

We’re only a month and seven days in the new year and Jay Z is certainly handling some big business.

Just shortly after selling 33% of Tidal to Sprint and adding Big Sean to the Roc Nation management roster (as well as giving the Detroit native an original Roc Nation chain), it looks like the Brooklyn entrepreneur is just getting started.

According to Roc Nation’s own Vic Medina, Harlem’s Capo Jim Jones as just inked a deal with the infamous entertainment company. This may come as shock to those who remember that Jay-Z and Jim Jones did have beef, which dates as far back as 2006. (Am I the only one who remembers Jim Jones’ BET Special where he was happy he was #1 on the 106 & Park countdown with “Ballin” and Jay-Z was at no. 2 with “Show Me What You Got?”

Glad to see the two bury the hatchet.

It’s a done deal… Jim Jones/Roc Nation. #rocnation #vamplife
