Juice Wrld, who came on the music scene with his hit single, “Lucid Dreams” just one year ago, has passed away.

Born, Jared Anthony Higgins, the rapper who just turned 21 on Dec. 2, died after suffering a seizure in Chicago’s Midway airport on Sunday (Dec. 8) morning, according to TMZ. Higgins had reportedly just landed from a flight out of California when he suffered through the seizure while walking through the airport. The “Wasted” artist was reportedly “bleeding from the mouth” when receiving care from emergency personnel.

Higgins was rushed to a nearby hospital where he died a short time after.

Our condolences go out to Juice Wrld’s family and friends.
