Kehlani Releases New Album ‘blue water road’
Kehlani has released her brand new album, ‘blue water road.’
Supported by the singles “altar” and ‘up at night‘ featuring Justin Bieber, ‘blue water road’ consists of 13 tracks with contributions from Blxst, Jessie Reyez, Syd, thundercat and ambre.
“blue water road is a destination in my mind” said Kehlani in a statement about the album. “I’m giving everyone access. It’s an emotional journey, a sexual journey, and a spiritual journey. To me, the album is like a glass house. It’s light, transparent, and the sun is shining right through it.”
‘blue water road’ is a follow-up to Kehlani’s 2019 sophomore album, It Was Good Until It Wasn’t, which debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200.
