Things are not looking good for Kodak Black.

As he continues to deal with looming charges following his probation violation, it has been announced that the “Tunnel Vision” rapper is facing yet another accusation. Kodak Black is now being charged with misdemeanor battery after an alleged assault on a woman at a Miami strip club.

According to a police report obtained by the Sun Sentinel, the 34-year-old woman, who is a bartender at Club Climaxx, was approached by a “belligerent” Kodak around 3 a.m. on February 2nd. The bartender told the rapper to leave her alone, however, it triggered Kodak to “hit her in the forehead with his right arm” and then “began to punch her numerous times all over her body and then kicked her, stopping shortly after.”

Though no charges have been filed, the incident has been added to the list of ways Kodak has violated the terms of his house arrest by the Florida Department of Corrections.

The Florida rapper is scheduled for a final violation hearing on April 19, which will determine whether or not he will remain in jail for sentencing or out on bail.

This news comes after the release of his debut album, Painting Pictures.
