According to TMZ, Florida rapper Kodak Black is reportedly in solitary confinement after being caught on a three-way phone call, which is not allowed, according to the prison’s policy. Per court documents, the ‘Tunnel Vision’ rapper will be spending 30 days in the hole due to his violation.

Legal documents have also stated that Kodak’s attorney, Bradford Cohen, has put in a request to the judge to allow the 19-year-old rapper to have a tutor while in solitary, as he’s been trying to obtain his G.E.D. prior to his incarceration. Cohen has also requested for the entertainer to have access to a laptop.

The judge has yet to make a decision on these requests.

Kodak Black was arrested back in January after a home raid at his Pompano Beach home. The rapper was arrested for violating the terms of his house arrest and probation.

Last month, Kodak pled not guilty to multiple charges including possession of marijuana and possession of ammunition.
