Lloyd Banks Leaves G-Unit Records
After 15 years, 50 Cent took to Instagram to announce that Lloyd Banks has officially left G-Unit records. What looks like an amicable decision based on the caption, 50 told fans to check out Banks’ latest releases and stay tuned for his forthcoming project, before deleting the entire post.
“Check out my boy Lloyd bank$. New Mixtape coming soon ! Independence Day, he is doing his own thing and you know it’s gonna be loaded with bars. (Check him out) PLK get the strap.”
Lloyd Banks has released three solo albums and a slew of mixtapes while with G-Unit records, including his latest project, Halloween Havoc 3, which dropped back in 2016.
Earlier this year, Kidd Kidd announced that he had parted ways label and going back to being independent.
