Max B Will Reportedly Be Released in 2023

According to French Montana, the ‘Wave God’ Max B will finally be released from prison this year.

The announcement came on Monday, Jan. 9 while Montana promoted the Coke Boys 6-mixtape cut, “Lemonade” which is performed by Biggavelli himself. “MY BROTHER WAS FACING 75 YEARS .. HE TOLD ME TO TELL YALL HE‘LL BE HOME IN APRIL!!” French wrote. “SILVER SURFER Live from the can. Free the Count. ‘LEMONADE’ VIDEO .. Coke Boys 6 OUT NOW ON ALL PLATFORMS.”

Max B, born Charley Wingate, has been incarcerated since 2009 after being sentenced to 75 years in prison on 9 out of 12 counts including first-degree murder, first-degree robbery, and first-degree kidnapping by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office in New Jersey. In 2016, his sentence was reduced to 20 years.
