At the start of the new year, many people try to adopt new habits and lifestyles. Moneybagg Yo happens to be one of them.

The Memphis rapper took to Twitter today to announce that he would be practicing sobriety and quitting Wockesha for good. “I use to think being sober would f**k wit my creative process, I see dats just a mind thing cuz I been more active skin glowing and I been dropping nun but pressure,” he tweeted. “#NomoWockesha.”

Moneybagg Yo rapped about his love for lean on his record viral record “Wockesha,” where he sampled Ashanti’s 2002-record, “Foolish,” and featured a soundbite from Lil Wayne about what was in his cup.

He later featured the two artists on the official remix.
