Nicki Minaj Addresses Incident with Cardi B on QUEEN Radio

This past Friday (Sept. 7), Nicki Minaj was confronted by Bronx rapper Cardi B during Harper Bazaar’s party at New York Fashion Week. In an official statement on Instagram, Cardi B confirmed the situation with Minaj saying she was provoked by the rapper and stated the following:

“I’ve let a lot of sh*t slide! I let you sneak diss me, I let you lie on me, I let you attempt to stop by bags, f*ck up the way I eat!” Cardi wrote. “You’ve threaten other artists in the industry, told them if they work with me you’ll stop f*ckin with them!! I let you talk bug sh*t about me!! I addressed you once in person, I addressed you a second time in person, and every time you copped the plea!! But when you mention my child, you choose to like comments about me as a mother, make comments about my abilities to take care of my daughter is when all bets are f*ckin off!! I’ve worked too hard and come too far to let anybody f*ck with my success!!!!”

Today, Nicki Minaj took to her BEATS 1 platform QUEEN Radio to address the situation and denied all the accusations Cardi B claimed in regarding liking disrespectful comment about her new-born baby girl, Kulture.

“The other night I was part of something so mortifying and so humiliating to go through in front of a bunch upper echelon… people who have their life together. The way they passed by looking at this disgusting commotion. I was mortified. I could not believe how humiliated it all felt. I wanna say that I would never discuss anyone’s child. And it’s so sad for someone to pin that on me because I’m the bad guy and they’re gonna believe them. I would never talk about someone’s child or parenting. It’s so crazy to me that people always need to make Onika the bad guy. If you’re right in whatever you’re doing. Just speak your truth.

The world gave you a blessing, of a beautiful bundle of joy, and the only thing on your mind after you gave birth was to attack people and to stop their bags. Let me tell you something, a woman cannot give your man p*ssy if he doesn’t stick his d*ck in there. Who are you angry at, sweetheart? And you wanna let your publicist write something about stopping bags? Do you know what it is to sit in your room for hours and days at a time writing raps? You came into my f*cking culture! Nicki continued with the following statement throughout the show:

“I’m not one of these bitches in the strip club or on a reality show. My money is very fucking long too.”

Much later in the program, she said, “I have no beef with Offset, but I have to be a voice for these women.”
