the Special Investigation Unit of Bensalem searched the home and retrieved  $33,000 in cash, a stolen .40 caliber handgun, four pounds of weed, scales, and packing material allegedly used to sell marijuana to customers.

Allen was charged with possession of with possession with intent to deliver, possession of narcotics, receiving stolen property (for the stolen handgun), criminal conspiracy, and other similar offenses.

His girlfriend, Stephanie Sibounheuang, 27, who was also in the household at the time of the arrest has been charged with possession of narcotics, receiving stolen property, and criminal conspiracy.

The two were taken to Bucks County Correctional Facility and bail was set at 10 percent of $500,000
