Quavo Exposes Relationship with Nicki Minaj on “Huncho Dreams” and Mocks Her at Album Listening Party
Last night, Quavo released his debut album, Quavo Huncho. With the project enlisting features from Drake, Travis Scott, Cardi B, Madonna and more, the standout record from the album thus far seems to be the third cut, “Huncho Dreams.”
Serving as a response to Nicki Minaj‘s “Barbie Dreams,” a record on her latest Queen LP, Quavo is pretty direct with Minaj, mentioning her name and exposing the fact that he was the one to gift her with the Chanel bags she had been screaming about in an Instagram video.
“She said I hurt her feelings 52 times / Call up Queen (Nicki) / The Queen can’t flex on the young bull / Made her scream / Chanel, I bought her two ’em / You can check IG / ‘Cause when she post, go up / Is she for keeps? / Only if she come with two ’em / Yeah, I be snipin’ / I can’t be wifin’ / I know she feisty / I’m Huncho Bison / She treat me righteous.”
Quavo continues to reference Minaj through the song mentioning her “FEFE” verse with 6ix9ine, and apologizes to the Young Money artist in the same melody as Drake‘s Scorpion LP cut, “In My Feelings.”

During his ‘Huncho Reality’ listening party last night in Los Angeles, Quavo had a Minaj impersonator reenact her reaction when she had received the Chanel bags.
