Los Angeles City Councilmember Marqueece Harris-Dawson announced that the intersection of Crenshaw Boulevard and West Slauson Avenue will become Ermias “Nipsey Hussle” Asghedom Square, on Friday, April 12.
The dedication comes after fans of Hussle created a petition to change the intersection to “Nipsey Hussle Way” in honor of the hometown native. The petition on Change.org has garnered over 500,000 signatures.
