I wrote the song in NE, DC in my moms house in my old bedroom. I sat back pondering like, I’ve come a long way from the little girl who was just a ballerina at Duke Ellington School Of The Arts. It’s time to work harder & celebrate more. Life is short, gotta enjoy it.
