SZA Says Her Voice Is Not Permanently Damaged

After embarking on her CTRL tour, SZA was held back from performing on several tour dates of TDE’s ‘Championship tour’ after doctors determined that her vocal cords were severely swollen. SZA, who did not take the news well, reported on Twitter that her vocal swollen vocal cords were permanently damaged.

However, after a couple of months, SZA is happy to report that her vocal cords are well in recovery and are not totally damaged.

“I’m blessed to say my voice is not permanently damaged and I’ve been working daily to get back,” she tweeted to fans. Read the full tweet below.
