On a new episode of The Grass Routes Podcast, Erin Ashley Simon and Brandon ‘KillaBH’ Hall introduce a brand new segment titled, “Rooted.” During the 30-minute segment, Brandon tells his story of almost getting shot while performing alongside Joe Budden at a concert, while Erin talks about her experience of hearing gun shots go off while at a bar.
The two then go over what you should factor in when a shooting occurs in a venue and whether or not artists or their security start carrying weapons in order to feel safe while performing. Is it worth the risk of getting caught and serving jail time?
