Last night, TMZ reported that Tiny Harris filed for divorce from Grand Hustle’s own, T.I. after six years of marriage. The former Xscape singer filed legal docs earlier this month in Georgia’s Henry County.

The legal documents filed state that Tiny is seeking financial security out of the ‘irretrievably broken’ marriage where there is no hope of reconciliation. According to The Jasmine Brand, the documents note that there is marital debt and due to T.I.’s high earnings, he should be responsible for the payments. Tiny reserves the right to allege and plead additional grounds should a settlement NOT be reached and the EVIDENCE warrant pleading additional grounds after engaging in full discovery.

Tiny is also requesting temporary and permanent legal and physical custody of their minor children as well as temporary and permanent child support and alimony and an equitable interest in any and all real and/or personal property acquired during the marriage.
