Published

Though Tory Lanez came on the scene with his groundbreaking single, “Say it,” it was really his double mixtape release of Chixtape 3 and The New Toronto that put him on the map. Released Christmas Day of 2016, fans have been eagerly waiting for the next installment of the two series.

Just wrapping up his 100 city tour in support of his debut album I Told You, Tory Lanez began hinting a couple weeks back that he would be releasing TNT2 after tweeting that there would be extended versions of “Bodmon Song” and “Blue Jay Season,” now titled “Fargo Season.” As for Chixtape 4, Lanez stated that the project will “hit y’all niggas in the head.”

Previewing a new record titled “Dope Man Go,” during his show in Toronto last month, Tory Lanez has finally announced that Chixtape 4 and The New Toronto would be dropping on New Years Day after ceasing his Fargo Friday series.

Coming in with 12 tracks, Chixtape 4 comes with one solo feature from I Told You tour-mate Jacquees, with production handled by PlayPicasso, CSick, Sergio R and Coop Chardonnay.
