Trey Songz Faces Lawsuit Over Alleged Sexual Assault at House Party

Trey Songz has found himself in yet another legal battle as he is being sued for allegedly sexually assaulting two women during a house party at his Los Angeles-area estate. The disturbing incident reportedly transpired in 2015, with the victims claiming they were subjected to nonconsensual sexual acts while they were incapacitated.

According to information obtained by TMZ, the two women assert that they attended the gathering at Songz’s residence to celebrate his birthday. To gain entry, they were obliged to surrender their phones and provide a password. Inside, the party appeared to be predominantly women, with only a few men present, and the women were allegedly pressured to consume alcohol from unsealed bottles.

As the evening progressed, the women found themselves overwhelmed by intoxication, potentially consumed other substances. They recounted passing out in an upstairs bedroom, only to awakenunclothed, with Trey Songz allegedly engaged in sexual acts. One woman claimed that Songz was performing oral sex on her, while the other asserted that she was being fingered.

Reportedly, Songz then demanded that they all take a shower together, but when the women refused, he became furious and kicked them out the house.

Trey Songz’s attorney, Michael Freedman, vehemently denies the allegations, characterizing them as an attempt to exploit California’s legally dubious “look back window.”

“This is yet another example of nearly decade-old allegations being repurposed to take advantage of California’s constitutionally questionable new look back window,” Freedman stated. “We look forward to vindicating Trey on the merits in court.”
