Tsu Surf Reportedly Locked Up on RICO Charges
Tsu Surf is trending on Twitter after rumors began spread that the rapper has reportedly been locked up on Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) charges.
The New Jersey native posted a cryptic message on his Instagram Stories earlier today, saying, “I broke plenty of hearts. Breaking my daughters … hurt THE MOST.” He also posted drafts of two records titled, “Die Legend” and “Free Me,” further adding fuel to the rumors.
Born Rahjon Cox, it has not been confirmed whether or not Surf has turned himself in or was arrested; however, his manager, Quamina of Raw Bunch Entertainment, also took to social media with a cryptic message insinuating someone may have talked.
“Don’t ever disrespect your inside for an outsider’s entertainment…..under no circumstances. A person that don’t live in my house or never been in my house would never know what goes on behind closed doors. You are an outsider for a reason.”

Last week, Tsu Surf battled against JC at the Ultimate Rap League (URL) ‘s Summer Madness 12 event in Charlotte, NC. Hours later, he made his debut at the Rolling Loud Music Festival in New York City.
Surf’s GunTitles partner, Tay Roc, confirmed Surf was in jail on Twitter.

Tsu Surf was locked up back in 2017 for aggravated assault charges and was released January 2018. Seven months after his release, he was shot multiple times in his hometown of New Jersey. In 2019, on the anniversary of being shot and the release of his album Seven 25, Surf was arrested after being found with an illegal magazine clip and marijuana.
Update (Oct. 3, 2022):
According to Battle Rap Blogger, Vada Fly, he has reportedly spoken to Surf who says he was “blindsided” by the charges against him. Vada Fly also confirmed that Surf has been charged with a federal RICO indictment, but he is not in jail at this time.
However, this may change in the coming days/weeks as Surf may have to travel from Atlanta to New Jersey to turn himself in. “What you do in the past can catch up to you,” Surf told Vada Fly.
