Ty Dolla Sign Indicted on Felony Drug Charges; Faces 15 Years in Prison

Though Ty Dolla $ign has had a successful year music, the singer finds himself in hot water again following his arrest on drug possession charges after being stopped outside of Busy Bee Cafe  in Fulton County, GA back in September.

Appearing in court earlier this week, the “Going Thru Some Thangz” curator was indicted by  grand jury on there counts: felony possession of cocaine, felony possession of THC and misdemeanor possession of less than 1 ounce of weed.

Ty Dolla Sign was the only out of his entourage to be arrested. If convicted, he faces up to 15 years in prison.

A rep for Ty’s camp issued a statement to TMZ:

“Ty maintains his innocence and there is no indication to the contrary. It’s also very important to note that Ty’s jewelry and cash seized from him upon his arrest in September 2018 was ordered returned to him last week … another clear sign that this matter is coming to a close soon.”
