Video: KICKS Movie Trailer Starring Biggie’s Son, CJ Wallace
For years, the sneaker culture has sparked violence amongst our youth. Whether its stepping on someone’s sneakers or picking a fight with someone who got a pair of Jordans before you, this new film, KICKS, sheds a new light on the dangers that the culture comes with.
Starring rising actors Jahking Guillory and Christopher Jordan Wallace (Biggie’s son), the film hits theaters September 9.
KICKS is a coming of age story about Fifteen-year old Brandon, who gets his hard-earned kicks snatched by a local hood in the East Bay area of Northern California. Brandon and his two best friends go on an ill-advised mission across the Bay Area to retrieve the stolen sneakers and encounter some bumps along the way. KICKS is directed by Justin Tipping, features the son of the late Notorious B.I.G., CJ Wallace, and includes a special appearance from Bay Area rap legend Mistah Fab.
