XXXtentacion Faces 8 New Charges
Last week, XXXtentacion was charged with 7 new felonies related to different degrees of witness tampering and witness harassment and was held without bail after facing the Miami-Dade County judge.
Due to allegedly continuing to be in contact with his ex-girlfriend behind bars, prosecutors have now charged XXXtentacion after hearing the phone recordings; bring his felony charges amount related to witness tampering amount of up to 15 and loss of all phone privileges
According to TMZ, XXXtentacion will be facing the new charges in a separate case. If convicted, he faces up to 77 years in prison.
His next scheduled court date is a hearing on January 24, 2018.
