XXXTentacion Facing 7 New Charges; Immediately Sent to Jail
Since October of last year, XXXTentacion has been facing charges of aggravated battery of a pregnant woman, domestic battery by strangulation, false imprisonment, and witness-tampering. Attempting to make the case go away after submitting a document that alledged contained a signature by the pregnant woman, who has been identified by his ex, to drop all charges, prosecutors have moved forward with the case and slapped XXXTentacion with 7 new felony charges and immediately sent him to jail without bail, according to TMZ.
Allegedly making his pregnant ex-girlfriend sign the documents to drop the charges with threats, XXXTentacion is now facing new charges including different degrees of witness tampering and witness harassment.
XXXtentacion was arrested Friday (Dec. 15) after a hearing in Miami-Dade County after the judge said he had violated his bond from his initial arrest.
He will remain behind bars until his trial.
