B5 Returns With Their New Single Give It Back miixtapechiick

As they embark on their highly anticipated tour with City Winery, B5 officially marks their return with the release of the visual for their latest single, “Give It Back.” This new track follows their 2019 single “Wave,” and serves as a reintroduction to a new generation of listeners. Blending smooth R&B with the rhythms of Afrobeats, “Give It Back” explores themes of love, reciprocity, and maintaining balance in relationships.

The lyrics, “It’s just me and you together / And that’s enough for me / But you gotta show me why you want it all / Otherwise, baby, I can’t get involved / You tell me you want me forever / I can give a little, I can’t give my all,” reflect the emotional push and pull of a relationship, where both individuals must show their commitment to one another without losing themselves in the process.

With “Give It Back,” B5 not only demonstrates their growth as artists but also reinforces their unique ability to connect with audiences old and new.

Kendrick Lamar Responds to Super Bowl Discourse with New Track miixtapechiick

Earlier this week, Roc Nation, Apple Music, and the NFL announced that Kendrick Lamar will headline the 2025 Apple Music Super Bowl LIX Halftime Show. Since the announcement, there has been significant online discourse, particularly around the idea that Lil Wayne, a New Orleans native, should have been selected for the performance since the event will be held in his hometown.

Birdman weighed in on the debate with a post on X, saying, “These n-ggaz Pussi @NICKIMINAJ @Drake @LilTunechi YMCMB. I’m make these n-ggaz respek us on Gladys.”

Nicki Minaj also expressed her frustration over Lil Wayne not being chosen to perform. “Denying a young black man what he rightfully put into this game for no other reason but your ego,” the Pink Friday rapper wrote. “Your hatred for BIRDMAN, Drake & Nicki got you punishing Lil Wayne?!?!!! LIL WAYNE!!!!!!!!!! THE GOAT?!!!!!!!!!!! Nola what’s good?!!!!!! Eminem stood firm on having 50Cent come out.” She further added, “One n-gga took a knee, the other n-gga took the bag. He gon get you ‘n*ggers’ in line every fkng time.”

In response to the growing conversation, Kendrick Lamar dropped a new track today, September 11, where he addresses the situation. “Just walked that man down, that’ll do everyone a solid / It’s love but tough love, sometimes gotta result in violence,” Kendrick raps.
