Last Tuesday (July 2), ASAP Rocky was arrested in Stockholm, Sweden after the rapper and his entourage reportedly assaulted two men following an incident about a pair of headphones or a cellphone. According to the footage posted on Rocky’s Instagram page, the two men accused the rapper and his associated with breaking one of their headphones.

“So a few drug addicts are not my fans,” Flacko said on his Instagram account. “We don’t know these guys and we didn’t want trouble, they followed us for 4 blocks, and they were slapping girls butts who passed, give me a break.”

The argument then turned physical as Rocky and his entourage allegedly threw punches at the men, resulting in one of them falling to the ground and being ambushed, according to CBS

Though the footage shows that Rocky was not the aggressor in the situation, authorities decided to arrest him and not charge the three associates that were with him.

Following ASAP Rocky’s arrest, it was reported that the rapper was to stay in custody for two weeks before being formally charged by authorities. However, ASAP Ferg took to his Instagram that the Harlem native is being held in solitary confinement in inhumane conditions.

“He’s in Sweden locked up in solitary confinement with no visit or phone call privileges,” said Ferg. “They are trying to keep him there for 2 weeks and if convicted he will be looking at 6 years just for defending himself in a fight. He was no way in form the aggressor in this ordeal. Pray for justice.”
