Aaliyah – Poison (feat. The Weeknd)
With her posthumous album release Unstoppable reportedly dropping in 2022, Aaliyah‘s record label, Blackground Records, teamed up with The Weeknd for the first single off the project titled, “Poison.”
Aaliyah’s new album is expected to feature contributions from Drake, The Weeknd, Future, Chris Brown and the late Static Major, just to name a few.
The Weeknd previously sampled Aaliyah’s “Rock the Boat” on his record “What You Need” which lives on his 2011 mixtape House of Balloons, which is now available on streaming services.
On the 20th anniversary of Aaliyah’s death, her music became available on streaming services, including One in a Million, Romeo Must Die, her self-titled debut album, and the compilation albums, I Care 4 U and Ultimate Aaliyah.

Ella Mai Releases Surprise EP ‘3’
In celebration of her 30th birthday, Ella Mai returns with a surprise EP titled 3.
This project follows her 2022 sophomore album, Heart On My Sleeve, which featured the No. 1 single “DFMU” along with popular tracks like “Leave You Alone” and “How” featuring Roddy Ricch.
“My 30th birthday gift to you all,” Mai shared in a social media post. “3 songs. November 3rd. One of my favourite numbers. I’ve missed you all, three times over.”

Summer Walker Announces Third Studio Album ‘Finally Over It’ & New Single “Heart of a Woman”
Summer Walker has officially unveiled the title of her much-anticipated third studio album, Finally Over It, which will be released under LVRN/Interscope Records. The announcement came after fans engaged in a unique interactive experience on Spotify, where they filled in the blank for a canvas that teased the album’s name as “_____ Over It.”
Leading up to its release, Walker has announced the first single, “Heart of a Woman,” now available for pre-save, which she teased on TikTok. Finally Over It is the follow-up to her chart-topping sophomore album, Still Over It, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200.

GloRilla Drops Debut Album ‘GLORIOUS’
GRAMMY-nominated artist GloRilla has officially dropped her highly anticipated debut album, GLORIOUS, through CMG Records.
The album includes hit singles like “Yeah Glo!,” “TGIF,” and “Wanna Be” featuring Megan Thee Stallion, with additional appearances from Latto, Sexyy Red, Kirk Franklin, T-Pain, Muni Long, and more. GLORIOUS follows GloRilla’s previous project, Ehhthang, Ehhthang, which racked up over 550 million streams in the U.S. alone.
