A bench warrant has been issued for Love & Hip Hop star, Teairra Mari, after failing to appear in court yesterday for a hearing in relation to her current battle with 50 Cent.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Mari was a no-show and the judge issued a bench warrant in the amount of $5,000. If the singer comes in contact with law enforcement, she will immediately be arrested.

50 Cent was granted an order to examine Mari’s finances including her income, bank accounts, and property, in effort to collect the $30,618 she owes him in attorney fees after the rapper won in the revenge porn lawsuit Mari filed on him in 2018.

After being served with papers by 50 Cent’s attorney at an airport, Mari released a diss track titled “I Ain’t Got It,” where she stated that she did not have the money to pay his legal fees.

In response, 50 Cent has filed a trademark for the “I Ain’t Got It” catchphrase and is selling his own merch with her tagline.

Last year, Mari sued sued 50 Cent and her ex-boyfriend, Akbar Abdul-Ahad, accusing them of trying to threaten and humiliate her.

“Last week I found out that my boyfriend was cheating on me, so I broke up with him,” Mari explained during a press conference, May 17, 2018. “Right after that, he posted a sex tape and an obscene photo of me, clearly to humiliate me. Then his good friend 50 Cent posted the obscene photo of me on his Instagram and said, ‘Get the strap.'”
