Back in July, a video (that has since been deleted) of A$AP Bari pulling the covers off an anonymous woman and telling her to give him oral sex went viral. In the video, A$AP Bari tells the woman,”You fucked my assistant, now you’re going to suck my dick.” The woman gets out of the bed, crying, and walks into another room where she can be heard saying, “Stop it, Bari. Stop it…. honestly.”

ASAP Bari shows no remorse, telling her to “Shut up.”

Since the release of the video, Bari responded to the allegations of sexual assault with a statement to Billboard:

“A misleading video clip featuring adult content and activity has been released to the public without my knowledge or consent. Comments about myself or anyone being detained or arrested are false. We have resolved this issue amicably among all parties as adults. We were friends before this and will remain friends afterwards. Being raised by strong women who taught me to respect everyone, I’m disappointed in the situation as well as myself and will reflect on the situation appropriately”

According to TMZ, the woman in the video, who would like to remain anonymous and is going by the name of ‘Jane Doe,’ is now suing the A$AP Mob co-founder for $1 Million. It is documented that Jane Doe was reportedly terrified that she would be raped and begged for Bari to let her go. She says he eventually threw her out naked into a hotel hallway.

Following the aforementioned incident, Jane Doe went to hotel security and asked for them to call the police. However, when they arrived, they simply just asked Bari to delete the video.

Jane Doe is claiming that the situation occurred because she rejected him the night before in a nightclub.

According to the suit, she says Bari’s attorney pressured her to release a joint statement saying there was no assault. She refused and is now suing him.
