Believe it or not, it’s going on a year since BIA dropped the J. Cole-assisted track, “LONDON.” As she continues to work on her long-awaited debut LP, the Massachusetts native returns with a new release titled “SIXTEEN.”

Over the AzizTheShake and Tim Nihan-produced track, BIA reflects on her upbringing and the challenging journey she endured to get to where she is today.

“I came from a place where there’s nobody to look up to, we weren’t broke together, tell me how the f**k I trust you? I left momma house, b**ch, I ain’t have nowhere to run to, who the f**k gon’ pay my bills, ho? I ain’t even did my nails, h**, you gon’ make me beat your a**, at 16, I done had to pay my bail…”

Kehlani Releases New Album 'CRASH' miixtapechiick

Kehlani has finally released their highly-anticipated album, CRASH.

Supported by previously released singles “After Hours” and “Next 2 U,” the project features 13 tracks with contributions from Jill Scott, Yung Miko and Omah Lay. CRASH serves as a follow-up to Kehlani’s 2022 album, blue water road.

“A crash, in any form, is the peak height of the moment,” Kehlani wrote. “It isn’t the anxiety of the before, or the lament after. It is the ever so imperative present. A space with no reminisce, no remorse, and no afterthought. CRASH is here. At my most free, most fun, most loud, most fueled, so far.”
