Last week marked the commencement of Cardi B‘s new era as she sampled Missy Elliott‘s 1999 hit “She’s A Bitch,” adding her signature flair and titling the sampled track “Like What (Freestyle).”

In her verses, Cardi B asserts her dominance as she spits: “I can survive in the coldest conditions/ Hoes better lower their tone when they spittin’/ Bitches is washed, soap on the dishes/ I apply pressure like boa constrictors.”

As anticipation builds for her much-awaited sophomore album, Cardi B took to her social media platforms on Monday, March 11, to unveil the cover art for her upcoming single “Enough (Miami),” alongside its awaited release date set for Friday, March 15.

Having given fans a glimpse of this track during a preview session in Miami back in January, Cardi B continues to build excitement for what promises to be an album worth the wait.

Her sophomore effort comes after a seven-year hiatus following the groundbreaking success of her debut album, “Invasion of Privacy,” released in 2018.

On September 5, Dequantes Devontay Lamar, known to the world as Rich Homie Quan, tragically passed away at the age of 34.

Quan’s father and longtime manager, Corey Lamar, initially planned a small, private service for close family, stating it was important to “begin the healing process.” However, he later reconsidered, saying, “Without the fans, there would be no Quan.”

Rich Homie Quan rose to prominence in 2013 with his breakout single “Type of Way,” which reached number 50 on the US Billboard Hot 100. The following year, Quan teamed up with Problem for the hit single “Walk Thru” and joined forces with Birdman’s Rich Gang. Alongside Young Thug, he became part of the group’s success, with their single “Lifestyle,” produced by London On Da Track, earning platinum certification.
