Diddy Faces Second Lawsuit Alleging Sexual Assault and 'Revenge Porn' 24 Hours After Settling Previous Case miixtapechiick

In the wake of settling with Cassie just 24 hours after she lodged a federal lawsuit detailing years of control and accusing Diddy (born Sean Combs) of rape and prolonged physical abuse spanning over a decade, a second lawsuit has emerged, once again naming him in connection with sexual assault.

Filed on Thursday, Nov. 23, in Manhattan Supreme Court by Joi Dickerson-Neal, the complaint alleges that Combs “drugged, sexually assaulted, and abused” her, further claiming that she fell victim to “revenge porn” orchestrated and disseminated by the rapper.

The incident, dating back to 1991, involved Dickerson-Neal, then a Syracuse University student. According to her, the assault occurred after a dinner at Wells Restaurant in Harlem with Combs, with whom she had common friends and appeared in a few clips of a music video.

The lawsuit details Combs’ alleged practice of video recording the sexual assault, and days later, a male friend informed her that he had seen the ‘sex tape’ along with others.

Notably, this latest legal action against Diddy arises just 24 hours before the New York Adult Survivors Act is set to officially expire on Friday (November 24).

Responding to the accusations, a spokesperson for Combs stated to CNN, “This last-minute lawsuit is an example of how a well-intentioned law can be turned on its head. Mr. Combs never assaulted her, and she implicates companies that did not exist.”

The spokesperson further asserted to Variety, “These are fabricated claims falsely alleging misconduct from over 30 years ago and filed at the last minute. This is nothing but a money grab. Because of Mr. Combs’ fame and success, he is an easy target for anonymous accusers who lie without conscience or consequence for financial benefit. The New York Legislature surely did not intend or expect the Adult Survivors Act to be exploited by scammers. The public should be skeptical and not rush to accept these bogus allegations.”
