Eric Holder has been indicted by a grand jury on the murder of 33-year-old rapper, Nipsey Hussle, according to a news release by the Los Angeles District attorney.
The grand jury indicted Holder on one count of murder, two counts of attempted murder and assault with a firearm, and a single count of possession of a firearm by a felon. Holder is being accused of murdering Hussle and injuring two others during a shooting outside of Hussle’s The Marathon Clothing flagship store, back in March.
If convicted, the 29-year-old faces life in prison. Holder will stand before a judge for his pretrial hearing on June 18.
