Back in March, Fabolous was arrested for allegedly assaulting longtime girlfriend, Emily Bustamante. Bustamante made claims that the Summertime Shootout rapper repeatedly punched her in the face and knocked out her front teeth.

Though the two have since been seen in public with each other, recently embarking on a family vacation to Hawaii, that did not stop judges from hitting the Brooklyn rapper with felony charges.

Fabolous has been charged with one count of domestic violence with significant bodily injury, two counts of threatening to kill, and one count of possession of a weapon (a pair of scissors) by a grand jury in New Jersey. According to TMZ, the indictment took place last week. If convicted, Fabolous faces 20 years in prison – with each charge carrying a weight of five years.
