Last night (3/28), Brooklyn rapper Fabolous was arrested during the night after reportedly assaulting his girlfriend and former Love & Hip Hop star, Emily B. According to TMZ, Fabolous turned himself in to a local police station in his hometown of Englewood, New Jersey, after Emily B contacted authorities informing them that he allegedly assaulted her.

Fabolous was joined by his attorney at the precinct and did not serve any jail time. Instead, the Summertime Shootout rapper instead cited for two felonies charges including aggravated assault and making a terroristic threat, and was also given a ticket which he is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.

Alberto Ebanks, the rapper’s attorney, told Billboard, “I’ve known Fab close to 20 years and believe he is incapable of engaging in the alleged conduct.”
