It’s no secret that Fabolous knows how to turn heads when it comes to the fashion game. From the throwback jerseys to the creation of his own line, The Family, this Young OG has certainly caught the eyes of high end fashion designers, as he was just named the Council of Fashion Designers of America New York Fashion Week: Men’s Ambassador.

When asked about the collaboration, Loso described it as “[taking] the hip-hop world and [bringing] them into the fashion world, and [taking] the fashion world and [bringing] them into the hip-hop world.”

The season kicks off today (Jan. 31) through February 2 and Fabolous is preparing to use this gig as an opportunity to promote his forthcoming project with Jadakiss. “I’m looking to release three projects and figure out how I can do that,” he explained. “I think this generation digests music very fast. I have a project I’ve been working on with Jadakiss, who’s a fellow New York legend here, called “Freddy vs. Jason.”  Fabolous is also readying the sequel to his 2014 album, The Young OG Project. “I feel like all three projects can live in the space because they’re different versions of me,” he added.

Fabolous is not in this ambassadorship alone. The Brooklyn rapper will be joined by Colombian reggaeton singer J. Balvin, actor and model Colton Haynes, singer-songwriter Børns, YouTuber Joey Graceffa and NFL wide receiver Dale Moss.

Not present at NYFW this year? No worries. Fabolous will be taking over CDFA’s snapchat all week. “I get to talk directly to my fanship and bring them into their world, and vice versa. I think that’s a cool aspect as far as cross promoting, because it takes one world and then blends it with the other world.”

Congratulations Fab!

Quavo has fired back at Chris Brown with a new diss track, “Over Hoes & B*tches,” following Brown’s earlier release of “Weakest Link” aimed at him. This exchange began when Brown dissed Quavo on his track “Freak” from the deluxe version of his latest album, “11:11.” Quavo countered with “Tender,” prompting Brown’s response.

The latest track premiered on DJ Akademiks‘ livestream on Monday, Apr. 22, with Quavo targeting Brown and his associates from OHB, Saweetie and more.

“Lil boy wanna die ’bout some coochie?/You still fucked up ’bout Karrueche?/You tried to beat up Teyana, but Usher wouldn’t let you do it/The cocaine got him your honor, bipolar disorder, no wonder/You was the greatest, n***a, you fumbled/Going out sad, I’m watching you crumble.” Quavo spits.

Chris Brown has since responded to the diss stating that he’s disappointed.
