Things haven’t been looking good for Kodak Black. The 19 year old was supposed to be released last week after pleading no contest and sentenced to community service and take part in a drug program after facing false imprisonment, robbery without a weapon charges, and several other charges. However, his release was put on hold after the court found two warrants out on the Florida native during processing in which one of the warrants contained a no bond hold.

Unfortunately, things aren’t getting any easier for Kodak as it was just revealed that he has been accused of sexual battery in South Carolina. According to The FADER, the platform took out a freedom of information request and received an email back from the Florence County Sheriff’s Office, where they confirmed that the outstanding warrant for Kodak Black in South Carolina was for sexual battery.

According to they email, they wrote:

On or about February 7, 2016 Octave is alleged to have engaged in the sexual battery of the victim at a hotel located at 2120 West Lucas Street, Florence, SC

Major Michael M. Nunn, the General Counsel/P.I.O. for the Florence County Sheriff’s Office told THE FADER in a phone call this morning that the rapper will be transported to Florence County for an arraignment and bond hearing.

With this charge now coming into play, Kodak Black may be facing up to thirty years in prison.
